nice clean functional shower room. Room air conditoned and very comfortable

room was a little bit small. Not much storage for unpacking (we were there for 5 nights)

Very pleasant!

The room was nice, the breakfast very nice but the best was the staff. Very friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed there because of the cancellation flights due to Etna and the staff made us feel very well look after. They're great!111

I use to switch off AC; When leaving the room (for dinner...) AC switches on again and I get the room temperature not as I expected

The Hotel Location, the staff that were very professional and always willing to support. The breakfast was very good.

I can not say that i didn't like it. As a suggestion i would say that the bedrooms would need to be renewed (e.g. carpet on the floors).

Great staff and a great central location for exploring

The staff were very helpful. Great location for the centre. On site parking was expensive but needed for that added security in a buy city centre.

Parking outside of the hotel was not an option due to space . The location is right in the centre and at busy times driving is a little nervy.

I have used this hotel many. times when use to be called Jolly Hotel. I find it that it is now still very good. as it was.

Would suggest to have slightly better selections for breakfast.

quiet room. hotel NH standard. good and helpful staff. parking available at 20 euros per night. only 6 places.

we have a problem with the shower drain but maintenance guy as sent right away
